My mom sent me this little sayaing the other day. It was told to her by my great aunt in the 1960′s. I thought it was fun. I’m going to see if my kids can come up with some as well. See what your kids can do!
Where can a man find a cap for his knee,
Or a key for the lock of his hair?
Can his eyes be called an academy,
Because there are pupils there?
In the crown of his head, what gems are found?
Who travels the bridge of his nose?
Can he use, when shingling the roof of his mouth,
The nails on the end of his toes?
Can the crook of his arm be sent to jail?
If so, what did it do?
How does he sharpen his shoulder blades?
I’ll be hanged if I know, do you?
